- Custom Carry Concepts,LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for delivery to an Ohio address based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the county to which the order is being shipped.
- Warranties
- Custom Carry Concepts, LLC(CCC) products are warranted for the period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. CCC will repair or replace defective items within the warranty period. It is your obligation to retain proof of purchase date. No other warranties are made, express or implied.
- Return Policy
- Returns for non-defective items are gladly accepted for any standard item in like new condition. If I can change or modify the product to meet your needs, I will. If I can't, or you are not interested, I will refund the entire purchase price excluding shipping charges. Please e-mail me before returning any items. Custom orders are usually returnable, depending on the item. I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied and I will do anything within my means to accomplish that goal.
